The wonderful color called WHITE... i always love finishing up a painting by adding white highlights. It is the most efficient way to make an object as real as possible. In this video see how she(artist) uses white to incorporate lighting .

The problem with using white is when you initial smear the pure white color on to your otherwise done work, its scars it, makes it look like OMG i have spoiled it completely, then you work into it, you smear smudge layer it and VOILA!! the effect you get is unparalled

Most of the oil painting i do never get perfect so before closure i do the white trick and my 2-D painting gets the DEPTH it needed and make as though its real...

Beautiful and incredible..how does she do it?????/ When i sketch i can never recreate the person exactly .. and i've been sketching from class 4 !! lol

First thought..

My ideas are simple, I don like to complicate anything. I usually sit and wonder why there are so many protocols in every walk of life. From the second we are conceived, we struggle !! when i was a kid, a little kid i wanted to be a scientist as i grew up (still a kid), i rephrased it to a bio technologist. technically i still wanted to be a scientist but now i have a complicated name for it... why couldn't have i continued calling myself a wannabe scientist? simply cos it was cooler ..DUH!!
Many a times we find that we complicate our lives to think we have more substance, more reasons to live life, more power whatever... When i was a teen,i have often wondered how cool it will be to tell my peers"you have no idea how screwed up I'm. I have so many problem you know!!". Now when my roommate tell the same dialogue i laugh (inhuman? i don care), i tell her unwind girl, un-complicate your twisted life.

This blog is  my view of life, my ideas on how things should be and  why I'm me.
